For players who have had interest in competitive Tekken, South Korea’s Green Arcade is an iconic location filled with some of the best players of the country. The rows of Tekken machines along with other arcade games have been shut down and will soon be taken away along with all the posters and championship trophies won by its players through out the years.

According to the ROX Dragons|Knee’s announcement of the arcade’s closure, the amount of players frequenting the arcade have dwindled especially with no season 2 update for the Tekken 7 machines in sight. While arcades may continue to live on as common entertainment, this may mark the end of arcade Tekken 7 in Korea.
